I did get to Bali, but not to Thailand yet. I’ll be in Thailand sometime in May I think.
We lived on Guam for 4 years and traveled to Palau on Xmas 2006. We loved Jelly Fish Lake! I don’t know your travel plans but if you have an opportunity to go to Thailand- Visit Chang Mai. Unbelievable peaceful and beautiful area. Enjoy your travels. Did you make it to Bali?

No. The jellyfish were caught inside of saltwater lakes inside limestone islands. Because of a lack of predators, they have evolved away their stingers.
Is it poisonous?
Did you bring along one of those underwater housings for your digicam? Somewhat related question, how about a second picture of all your current gear one year later?
