It looks like abstract art. Great photo.
Gary- is this an HDR photo? It looks it but is very subtle and hard to know. I started doing some HDR work myself lately and been focusing on it more and more now that I’m in Colombia. I got some great shots of a Bamboo garden here in Colombia last week and do nothing but HDR on it. Was surprised at how well they came out.
It is :) Good eye! I try to make my HDR images as real as possible. If you can’t tell if it is an HDR image, then I did my job.
I love this picture, actually I really like a lot of your pictures. What kind of camera do you use? Is it digital? Your pictures always turn out so sharp and amazing.
I use a Nikon D200
What a beautifully magical forest!! :-) It would be very easy to compose fairy tales in a spot like this. :-)
