Maoi in plants, Easter Island, Rapa Nui
I’ll be showing photos from Easter Island for quite a while. This was taken inside the Rano Raraku crater where most of the maoi were carved. Many horses on the island have become sick and died after eating the yellow flowers you can see in the photo.
Great place, but very expensive to get there.
I would still like to visit Easter Island some day, at least 1 time.
