Beautiful photo….I spent a lot of time there. Just think about the smell of rotten eggs and then you’ll know what its like to really be there.
Mammoth Springs was my introduction to the wonders of Yellowstone and like you I was completely taken by the tiered mineral pools that created such a beautiful, alien environment.
