Indeed, this picture seems to have disappeared, just as an earlier daily travel photo from Vietnam did.
Why do you call it propaganda? Is it because chemical warfare and genocide didn’t work against the ‘gooks’?
By definition, government sponsored posters promoting the government is propaganda. I don’t understand what you are trying to get at with your language.
Your propaganda’s been censored!
