Skulls at the Killing Fields, Cambodia

These are actual human skulls found at the Killing Fields in Cambodia. You can read more about my visit to the Killing Fields back in October 2008.

Those are pretty intense. I know I want to go to Cambodia, but creepy! BTW congrads on the nominee, I'll try to spread the word on the vote.
My husband and I are currently backpacking to various countries around the world for the next year or two. We just recently got our dive certifications, as we plan to spend time in South East Asia soon and want to dive in places like Cambodia and maybe find skulls at the bottom of the sea, or at least bright colorful fish.
Since you are a pro at experiencing places you travel to, and not simply taking pictures and bragging about random monuments, I would love to have your opinion on an article I recently wrote, entitled, Experiential Travel 101. Please feel free to visit, http://www.nomadbackpackers.com and see where we are in the world, and offer any ideas, advice, etc. on the article or travel in general. Thanks, and congrads again…maybe you will win for 2009!!!
