Obviously, it’s when the fire is threatening their beer, that the Australians consider the fire danger to be “very high” or “extreme”. Silly Americans, don’t we know anything? :)
They were probably burning off because it was a low danger time. Either that or some idiot translated “low fire danger” to mean “light a fire anywhere and ignore it”.
Still a great picture. :)
