It came from a bucket. Anyone and everyone is fair game during songkran.

What’s the story behind the picture?
Songkran is the Thai New Year celebration. For three days it is a giant water fight where if you walk outside you will get drenched with water. This includes cars and motorcycles. There are a large number of traffic accidents during songkran.
