Some dude has a monopoly on the paint business
i love how this scene invokes imagery of a floating shanty-towne. Its really beautiful to see the gritty colors of the boats come togetjher like rush hour traffic. The haze above the boats really helps to cement the imagery.
Fishing is serious business in Vietnam it seems :P
