That is an excellent shot. I like the “ghost” people. I’m assuming you shot this with a very small aperture (like about f20 or higher) and a long exposure (more than 5 seconds). Well done!
Believe it or not, it was rather large aperture. This is a blended image of several exposures.
Good vantage point! Where did you get this shot from? An upper balcony?
