Although I knew about Lee, I only saw photos of him.
I’ll confess that he just looked like a typical American and most of his photos were of him in warm locations – seemingly quite comfortable.
I didn’t get the impression that he made a deep effort to get to the know the places he was racing through.
This podcast totally turned me around. He knows his shit and he’s impressive in many ways. Thanks for revealing that, Gary.
