In the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Zambia, only one site made the list: Mosi-oa-Tunya / Victoria Falls. This is a natural site and it was inscribed in 1989.

The Mosi-oa-Tunya / Victorial Falls is one of the most spectacular in the world. It is not the longest or widest – however, it is known to produce the biggest amount of water plunge out of any waterfall in the world. The mist that rises from below the waterfall is one of the most iconic views about this waterfall – in fact, the mist is visible from 20 kilometers away!
