The photo tour just keeps on rolling! The last few days we’ve been traveling through Southern Utah and Northern Arizona visiting some of the incredibly beautiful, and often under appreciated parks in the region. The last week we visited Las Vegas as well as Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. I had never visited Zion and Bryce before and they were even more impressive than I expected them to be.
Thanks to SmugMug for being the official photo host for the tour. Also, thanks to the folks at Scottevest who provided travel vests to everyone. They have been a welcome addition to everyone carrying water bottles and extra lenses.

Dream of my life is going to Vegas…
Stunning pics , all are great places to visit. Awesome !!!
I visited Zion and Bryce a few years ago. I also did the Emerald Pool Trail and the Riverside walk. However I was in Bryce in March and there was SO much snow, we couldn’t hike! They are beautiful parks. :)
We were JUST in Vegas a few days ago and I am so bummed that we missed out on the Neon Museum. I think I had seen it featured on the Travel Channel before but I completely forgot about it while we were there. Look like we’ll have to make a trip back soon.
Neon Sign Museum – looks like where the obsolete signs go to die. Are they for sale?
I remember visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion parks with my dad, when I was about 12, maybe 13, and running at full speed through Zion – twice. What a dummy I was back then, not taking time to notice the park itself. BC and ZIon are on my bucket list along with many other national parks.
I visited Bryce Canyon a few weeks ago. It was one of the coolest places I’ve ever seen!!! Unfortunately I ran out of days to get to Zion National Park, but I did make it to Arches and Canyonlands in south-east Utah.
These photos are certainly selling me on taking a photography tour.
That’s my amazingly breathtaking backyard.
Breathtaking!
