Sounds like an amazing opportunity, and all those destinations are either personal favorites, or high on my bucket list. Yosemite, San Fran, Death Valley, LV, and the Grand Canyon were some of my favorite places I visited in 2011 – and what a great feeling it would be to finally tick LA, Bryce Canyon, Zion, and San Diego off my way-too-long list of places to photograph.

As for this contest, I have traveled throughout the American West and it’s truly breathtaking. Montana stole my heart from an early age, only to be rivaled by my vision of the Grand Canyon on a trip my family ended up calling “The UtahVegaZona tour” (Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, four corners…)

This sounds like an amazing prize. I briefly drove through Utah, Arizona and Nevada a few years and was blown away at how beautiful the Southwest is. I’d definitely love a chance to go back and spend more time there.

The American Southwest is somewhere (other than in my dreams), I YEARN to experience, photograph (am an amateur — have a Lumix Digital) , write about and go!
The only place I have visited in USA is New York – I know there is a hell of a lot more – I would love to see some of it – and learn from Gary – and blog about it!
I would really like to win this trip for two reasons 1) I have never been to the American Southwest and it;s the one part of the States that I;d love to visit and 2) I have a LOT of travel blogging and photography questions I want to ask Gary.
