Very nice shot! It’s amazing how the street is lined with colorful flags like that. Was this a special event or are they there permanent.

great shot! but are you sure this is Basel (they have green trams, busses) and not Bern (red ones)? there’s no doubt that Basel has an beautiful old town too. cheers from Zurich.
You are correct. My assistant posted the photo and she wasn’t there :) The gallery in my photo site says “Bern” but I had changed the name earlier and in the URL it still says “Basel”.
