    It’s too bad that the plaque isn’t actually on the spot. The real 4 corners is actually a couple of miles away, but they don’t tell you that.

      Actually it is on the spot. The spot is several miles from where it should be, but the agreed upon border is at Four Courners even though they should have put it elsewhere when they did the original survey.

    Ah, I remember coming here when I was a kid. We went to the Grand Canyon first, and headed over to the four corners. I remember the large amount of vendors selling trinkets more than the actual plaque on the ground. Makes me want to go back there. Hard to appreciate something like that when you’re nine years old :)
