Inside Crocodile Harry's, Coober Peady, Australia

This is the inside of Crocodile Harry’s dugout in Coober Pedy, SA. Scenes from several movies were shot here including Mad Max, Beyond Thunderdome. The tradition of putting hats and bras on the ceiling supposedly started when Tina Turner gave Harry one of her bras. Legend also has it that the character of Crocodile Dundee was based on Crocodile Harry.
