You know that hotel/condo complex that's on the road to that beach? I stayed right there. I loved that black sand beach especially because it was never overly crowded and the sand looked like caviar. Great place, kinda out of the way of everything though. Good stuff, the green sand beach looks beautiful. Man, that black sand beach is EXACTLY where I spent my entire last summer. I think you have just convinced me to travel to the Hawaiian islands at some point. This is such an amazing trip you're doing, I've been to several interesting places, like Peru/New Zealand, but to uproot and do this? That's impressive.
